Translating and communicating with clients globally
- Ensuring administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations, and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.
- Support the EMEA team to deliver energy data consulting services to our client base.

My client is a leading global distribution company.

**Description**
- Read, interpret & understand utility invoices, and enter these into systems in an efficient & timely manner
- Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed.
- Meet/exceed agreed client deadlines, assist clients with their queries, make improvements and ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction
- Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Client Delivery Lead.

**Profile**
- Fluent in 2 European languages including English
- Admin, Data management, and analysis experience
- Ability to build and maintain both client and supplier relationships
- Strong reading, technical writing, and arithmetic skills in concert with advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software programs.
- Strong negotiating skills related to issue resolution.
- Skill in analysing and interpreting utility and tariff data
