**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake a variety of joinery tasks, including but not limited to, cabinetry, furniture assembly, door/window installation, flooring, and general carpentry work.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance work on a wide range of structures and materials.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and precision in all joinery tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in joinery and carpentry work.
- Proficient in using various woodworking tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
