Retail Butcher

We are seeking a qualified Butcher, with excellent experience in a retail environment to work for a successful chain of butchers in Dundee.

The successful applicant will work with the business owners and the existing management team to deliver a "first-class retail experience", and help develop the business to diversify and grow its retail operations, and develop the next generation of butchers. This role will involve working in all shops within the business, and so experience with HACCP and management is essential.

Shifts are generally between the hours of 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday. Salary based on 42.5 to 45 hours per week.
