IT Recruitment Partner

We’re looking for an **IT Recruitment Partner** to join our HR team in Leighton Buzzard or Milton Keynes supporting our Technology teams across the UK. This exciting, newly created role will help shape and deliver an end-to-end recruitment modelfor recruiting the best IT talent on the market in the most timely and cost effective manner. You will be partnering with IT leadership teams to support in a wide range of recruitment activities from headhunting, talent pooling, upskilling managers to workingon a wide variety of projects to enhance our recruitment offering to the business and ultimately reduce agency spend.

**Key responsibilities of the IT Recruitment Partner**:

- Provide a dedicated recruitment service for our IT team across the UK
- Support hiring managers with training such as interview skills, using the recruitment system, online testing and assessment
centres etc.
- Help to organise and run recruitment open days and events
- Set up and maintain active talent pools to ensure a pro-active recruitment service
- Work closely with key business stakeholders
- Provide regular and insightful MI and reporting
- Create and deliver attraction campaigns with particular focus on social media presence

**Experience & skills required to be successful as an IT Recruitment Partner**:

- In-house recruitment experience or relevant IT agency background
- Experience of talent pooling, recruitment reporting and MI
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of a variety of selection and assessment methods including structured interviews, assessment centres, online testing
and psychometric testing
- Strong IT skills including working with an ATS and excellent MS Office skills
- Great organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
