**Job Specification**:
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Sneaker Technicians/Retail Stylist at The Cream Store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Thoroughly cleaning and restoring sneakers to impeccable standards using specialised techniques and products.
- Inspecting sneakers for damage and identifying the most effective restoration methods.
- Performing minor repairs and alterations to enhance the appearance and longevity of sneakers.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on sneaker care and maintenance.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficient operations.
- Working within the sales floor environment assisting clients and offering high levels of service

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in sneaker cleaning, restoration, or a related field is highly desirable.

A passion for sneakers and a keen understanding of sneaker materials and construction.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously to achieve superior results.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends over 8 - 25 hours.
