**Reception Host - Zero hours**

Stephen James BMW & MINI is looking for a friendly & professional Reception Host, who will welcome and assist our customers with their visit. This is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the world’s most admired brands in the automotive industry.

**Your role**

As the Reception Host you will be the first point of contact responsible for meeting, greeting & assisting all customers who visit the Centre. To provide the best service you will be attentive to each visitor, understanding their needs and helping to deliver a bespoke customer experience. You will also be a brand ambassador and will share our excitement for everything BMW and MINI

**The main duties of the role include**:

- Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers and colleagues.
- Assisting with customers questions as well as directing them to the right department/ person.
- Ensuring with each visit the customer has a memorable, five-star experience.
- Manage the customer waiting area by keeping customers updated, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are comfortable and well looked after.
- Proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration.
- Keep the reception, waiting and refreshments areas tidy and presentable.

**Your profile**
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional
- Passionate about customer service and enjoys customer interaction
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Must be eligible to work in the UK

**Salary and Hours**

Welcome to the world of flexibility. Although no contracted working hours the business will require you to help cover staff shortages and seasonal demands.

Business working hours Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm. The working hours available will vary depending on business needs.

Hourly rate: £10.80 per hour.
