Property Sourcer

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Estate agents and landlords
- Build a good understanding of the company's culture and operations.
- Searching the property market for investment opertunities
- Communications with investors
- Attending networking events
- Complete day to day tasks with in the business
- Carry out viewings on properties
- Carry out research on properties (training Provided)

This job is commission based

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £500.00-£20,000.00 per month
