We are also incredibly passionate about the Life Sciences sector. It’s been (quite literally) our lives since the beginning of our careers nearly 10 years ago.

We work with some of the most incredible Biotech, Pharma, and Medical Device companies globally - who are all doing incredible work, which spans across Oncology (Cancer), Immunology, and some of the biggest clinical trials in the world.

Since 2019, a lot has happened.

We’ve gone from three Founders to over 35 people spanning our leadership, consultant, associate, and operational teams, and have recently opened a new office in the USA.

Due to our expansion, we are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Life Science recruitment to focus on expanding our client base and becoming a core point of contact for some of our biggest accounts globally.

**The **Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Salary**:

- Basic Salary: £30,000 base (2-2.5 years exp as a 360 con)
- Basic Salary: £35,000 base (2.5-3.5 years exp as a 360 con)
- Basic Salary: £40,000 base to £60,000 base with negotiation for guarantee 4 years upwards - must have previous experience of billing in excess of £250,000 and also core examples of how they won accounts
- OTE - Need to discuss how their comms would work, and a bonus of some sort for signing terms/retained work etc.
- Kind of makes sense that if you have delivery consultants or just resourcers, they would get 30% for example, and the BD consultant 70%.
