General Builder

**This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi skilled -Small works builder with relevant experience in all building trades (example: Joinery, Tiling, Building Fabric (General Builder) who has a varied knowledge of carrying out General Small Building Works, You would be responsible for carrying out our customer requirements to the highest standard. Must be able to take a job from start through to completion.**

**Ideally a working Joiner/Builder who is an all rounder.**

You will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your current role.
- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible.
- Previous, Small Building, fabric Experience, Min 5 years
- A HSE understanding
- Full UK Driver’s License - Clean

Due to increased demand, we are looking for an experienced Small Builder.

**Qualities Required**:

- At least 5 years' worth of relevant experience
- Hold a full valid UK driving license.
- Be courteous, polite, and customer-focused, to ensure that their customers receive the best possible customer experience.
- The ability to carry out small building works, re-sheet walls and install fitted furniture other associated items.
- The ability to run and work confidently and independently on small building works, Insurance, Building Projects, Kitchens & Bathroom installations and without supervision or issues.
- The ability to work as part of a team and work to tight programs and deadlines.
- High personal workmanship standards with mínimal errors and great pride in their work.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Own tools required
- Min 2 References required

**Salary**: £15.50-£16.00 per hour
