**Community ENGAGEMENT OFFICER**

Home working but must live in Wales and be able to travel to Llanelli for meetings if required ( monthly) and for your induction.

The Community Engagement Officer can be home-based.

You will be working in a busy and vibrant education and training department. You will be assisting with the engagement of learners on to our educational and training programmes and the development and support of the organisations Virtual Learning System (Moodle).

You will also be responsible for the marketing of the project on a range of social media platforms.

We are looking for an individual who has some experience of working in an educational or training background. We are particularly interested in those who have worked in the Third Sector or who have worked with adult learners.

We will consider home working if you are able to travel to Llanelli at least once a week.

The Community Engagement Officer will be Home Based but will work throughout RCT and Caerphilly.

The Post will provide a supportive service to individuals who are employed and or unemployed and who are looking to access accredited training.

The Community Engagement Officer will work in accordance with Threshold DAS Ltd Policies & Procedures.
