This is a lovely opportunity to join a well established team in their head office in rural Carmarthenshire Reporting to the Company Accountant, your duties will include supporting the finance and administration team of 6 people to achieve the following;
- Overseeing day to day transactions on sales, purchase and general ledgers
- Being the main contact for adhoc finance and administrative queries across the business
- Reviewing debtors and creditors reports
- Approving and setting up payments
- Reviewing the month end bacs run
- Collating payroll information for the business
- Liaising with third parties on service plans, insurance policies etc
- Bookkeeping using XERO accounting software (cashbook etc)

What IS non negotiable will be your understanding of transactional finance and your organisational skills....... you will need to be able to provide financial expertise to your team so you will need to project an air of quiet and calm confidence, whilst beinggreat at delegating and helping them to prioritise their workload.
