Locum Childcare Lawyer / Senior Childcare Lawyer South East £45 - 55 per hour Remote Working A Childcare Lawyer is required to join a large alternative business structure on a locum basis for an initial 3 months with the strong posibility of contract extension.This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East. As a childcare lawyer your duties will include;
- Undertakinga caseload of public care proceedings on behalf of one local authority.
- Conducting advocacy is encouraged but you will receive training and support with this should you lack in experience in this area. Our client also has in-house barristers who can undertakethe more complex advocacy and allow you time to focus on your cases.
- You will be exposed to a real range of public care cases which will allow you to develop and grow as an experienced childcare lawyer. This firm is a progressive and organic organisationwhich will take time to invest in you and develop throughout the organisation. The role will be a remote working arrangement but you will have the opportunity to work from the Huntingdon office once or twice per week should you wish.
