Senior Automation Tester - £50,000 to £55,000 per year with remote working

Overview:
We are looking for someone highly experienced in Quality Assurance Automation as well as JavaScript, AWS/Azure and Agile ways of working.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Implement the latest automation best practices within the talented engineering team
- Influence and guide engineering team to follow test automation best practice
- Actively coach and mentor the team in test automation techniques ensuring that automation activities are built in from requirement definition to implementation
- Create new and maintain existing automation frameworks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing the changes required
- Assisting with the creation of estimates of the complexity and amount of work involved in aspects of engineering team deliverables
- Assisting in continuous improvement activities within their engineering team to ensure defect prevention is part of our software delivery processes

Essential skills & experience:

- Experienced in Agile, CI/CD, Cloud, Azure, AWS
- Competent in all areas of QA, developing and executing automated tests ensuring world class quality products
- Excellent knowledge of QA tools and processes. Full stack QA experience of backend, frontend and databases
- Experience of implementing test automation frameworks for API and UI solutions using variety drivers and coding languages
- Highly experienced in Defect management generating quality reports and driving resolutions
- Highly experienced in execution of Performance tooling and reporting

Package:

- £50,000 to £55,000 Per Year
