Location: Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin
**Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced HCPC registered Biomedical Scientists with Specialist Portfolio in Clinical Biochemistry, **OR** from graduates with an Applied Biomedical Science (Hons) degree, or a Biomedical Sciences (Hons) degree which is accredited by the IBMS as suitable for training purposes.**:
**Our modern, progressive and well equipped laboratory is the main provider of services to NHS Grampian. The department serves a population of ~600,000 people and carries out in excess of 8 million tests per annum.**:
The Department is approved by IBMS/HCPC as a training laboratory and is UKAS accredited. Participation in CPD activities is actively encouraged and funding for further postgraduate study is available.
