F&b Assistant

**Contract**

Full-time. 35-hour/week. Flexible

**Salary**

£21,000 per annum

**Main Purpose of Job**

To provide a bar service to members and their guests and visitors.

**Job Location**

Clandon Regis Golf Club clubhouse and any other designated area.

**Responsibilities**
- Serving drinks and food to the members and visitors
- Serving and interacting with members and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Handling of payments during service and tallying the tills at lock up.
- Clearing and washing dishes and glasses.
- Maintaining appropriate hygiene standards in all areas involved and failings in this area are reported to your supervisor.
- Maintenance of a clean and tidy environment for customers and visitors.
- Assisting with events: setting up, service and clearing up
- Stocking drinks, glasses, etc. and reporting stock shortages.

**Requirements**:

- Dress Code: Smart black trousers and black shoes. Tops will be provided to you by the club.
- Flexibility: The position includes late evening and weekend shifts.
- Commuting: Having a driving license is not essential but helpful.

- Good management of stress and working under pressure.
- Communicating well with your coworkers and superiors.
- Working well with and being respectful to others.

- Being organised and dedicated.

- Taking initiative while being aware of the boundaries and responsibilities of the position.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
