Here’s what the role is all about:_**

A Reservations Agent at The Store Oxford will be highly motivated, and customer focussed. You’ll expertly assist with all individual and group reservations for Accommodation, Food & Beverage and Spa. You’ll be making an impact on nearly every guest that arrives at the hotel.

The role contains everything you might expect, including providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless booking experience for all of our guests - supporting the hotel’s financial goals.

Proven sales experience.
