Second Chef / Sous Chef
PAY RATE £17.20 per hour
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22
Hours of work: Various start times day and evening
Dates of available: To start asap
Temporary: Part-time - various dates and shift times available
Rate of pay: £17.20
**Requirements**:

- Enhanced DBS is essential for this role
- Good communication skills

Second Chef / Sous Chef Responsibilities include:

- Food Preparation in all sections, assistance with menu planning, costing and food ordering.
- Oversee that sufficient quantities are being prepared on schedule.
- Ensure that food is served on time, correctly portioned and garnished.
- Assistance in stocktaking, management of kitchen staff, supervision of food service counter.
- Assist with management of kitchen hygiene and correct food storage.
Second Chef / Sous Chef requirements and qualifications:

- 2+ Years of Relevant Experience Needed
- Uniform: Kitchen/Chef whites
- Basic Food Hygiene
- 706/1, 706/2 or NVQ equivalent
- Awareness of COSHH
- We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
- We're looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly
- You must be able to provide various documents for identity checks if you do not already hold a valid Enhanced DBS
