TWBL is hosted by Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of the ICS and works closely with health and social care providers across the county.

Whilst this role is home-based there will be requirement to attend ICS bases across Gloucestershire, for the purposes of attending meetings or carrying out ‘in person’ appointments with staff when this is deemed necessary and appropriate.

The role will be part of a new Gloucestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) Mental Health Hub, The Wellbeing Line (TWBL). It will be supported centrally by Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundations Trust and utilises a psychological first aid approach, with Trauma informed care and the Compassionate Mind model are at the heart of service delivery. This will extend across the geographical area and potentially developing to cover other frontline services.

The key purpose of this role is to support health and social care colleagues across the ICS who experience psychological distress or symptoms of trauma as a consequence of ongoing or exceptional work pressure and stressors. The post holder will support colleagues to enable them to address the impacts that this may have had upon their functioning and enable them to get access to appropriate input in relation to their wellbeing.

**Specifically, the role will include**:

- Being responsible for promoting the psychological health and well-being of health and social care colleagues across Gloucestershire ICS.
- Under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist;
- Providing psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to individuals or groups.
- Assisting in clinically related administration, teaching, and project work.
- Assisting in the collection of data, the development of service evaluation/audit and/or research projects

This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
