As a member of Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for the UK BU shared services organisation and reporting to the Shared Services Director the role requires a visionary and strategic minded leader with gravitas, accountable for ensuring the vision and direction to deliver a single version of data driven analytics across the UK Shared Services

**What will you deliver?**:

- Support the successful delivery of data solutions enabling data driven insights for Shared Services and key stakeholder groups.
- Provide the leadership for agreed projects within the data and analytics portfolio as identified by the director and wider leadership team, bringing together the required resources and stakeholder engagement to deliver solutions and associated outcomes.
- Act as a senior business intelligence leader ensuring all aspects of data, reporting and insight delivery is executed successfully.
- Work with the Shared Services leadership team and cross-functionally with in the UK business unit to develop an ongoing roadmap for performance improvement and deliver ongoing efficiencies and value for the organisation.
- Ensure strong disciplines are in place for the effective management and delivery of business intelligence projects within Shared Services
- Be accountable for Shared Services reporting governance and co-ordination with central functions including IT.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities through peer networks, analytics projects and existing and new relationships.
- Positively influence the business intelligence approach and activities as part of the UK analytics centre of excellence
- Communicate effectively with all Shared Services teams and across Equans UK to provide timely support in business intelligence delivery.

- Have a solid understanding of data delivery lifecycles in an IT setting with knowledge and experience in multiple data and business intelligence tooling, for example: SQL; SAS; PowerBI; Power Automate; Business Objects; OBIEE
- Experience managing diverse business intelligence skillsets covering extract, transform, load; data modelling and transformations; data visualisation design; data security and access provisioning; report automation
- Experience managing and developing analysts with varying levels of experience from apprentice to established data/insight developers
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are tailored to be effective and meaningful to all levels of audience
- Strong commercial understanding and awareness including demonstrable business knowledge and insight experience
- Excellent instincts and ability to interface at Senior Manager-Level with ease
- Passion and drive for improving the business and follow through actions to deliver
