**Post Details** - An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Forensic Medical Secretary - 28 hours. You will provide a key administrative and secretarial service as part of the medical support team.

For this post, you should have excellent secretarial and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a strong sense of commitment to the ethos of the Hospital. Applicants should also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to deal with highly confidential information in a mature and sensitive manner.

**Experience** - If you have experience within a medical secretarial or health information environment and are seeking to develop your skills within the Mental Health Services then we would like to hear from you. An understanding of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003, and Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 would be advantageous.

It is essential that you can demonstrate good organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent secretarial skills, and be able to balance demands and prioritise workloads.
