We are recruiting two Creative Project Administrators to join Design102, initially for 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a public sector design studio, working on a range of projects that make a difference to people’s lives.

**As a **Creative Project Administrator **your main responsibilities would be**:

- Supporting the project management of creative jobs, working closely with designers and ensuring that the outputs meet client needs and budget
- Briefing designers and creatives, identifying opportunities for cross-team working and collaboration
- Scoping new projects and defining project scope with account managers, design managers and senior creative managers
- Preparing design, video and strategic planning quotes and schedules for client approval, liaising with the account team, design, artworking, video and strategy managers and traffic team
- Discussing work schedules and status knowledgeably and confidently
- Sense and content checking materials supplied at all stages of development

**You’ll have**:

- A strong administrative and organisational skillset, with an ability to plan and prioritise
- A demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- An analytical mindset
- An interest in current affairs

**It would be good for you to have**:

- Previous public sector experience- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
