As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating effectively with HR, accounting teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll inputs

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain meticulous records and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Gather information from various stakeholders and systems, and efficiently populate it in Excel, adhering to various payroll cut-off dates.
- Confidently manage payroll tax audits.
- Resolve issues and provide prompt responses to payroll-related queries.
- Oversee the processing of payroll changes to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop streamlined systems to process payroll account transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, and third-party payments.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, accounting teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, upholding the highest standards.

- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields.
- Min. 2 years of payroll experience in the UK, with a solid background in collating payroll inputs and dealing with HMRC and Tax.
- Thorough understanding of payroll procedures and related laws in the UK, as well as multi-location payroll and taxes.
- Possess good leadership skills, inspiring others through collaboration and cooperation.
- Proficient in Excel, with strong spreadsheet skills.
- Bonus: CPP or CPM certification.
