**Credit Controller**
Location: Speke, Liverpool
**Salary**:£23,000-£26,000 DOE
You will be working for a well know & very successful medical supply company.
**Job Description**:
Deliver an effective and efficient Sales Ledger and Credit Control function
Ensure the timely recovery of customer receipts
Ensure the timely and correct allocation of customer receipts
Effectively deal with customer queries and recover outstanding monies
Generate and send daily invoices and monthly statements/analyses (including bespoke statements) to customers
recommend and monitor customer credit limits and payment terms (via Experian, Companies House records, trade ref etc)
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer invoices via submission to several online portals (OB10, Ariba, Coupa etc)
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of credit/debit card transactions; and correctly reconcile receipts thereof; adhering strictly to anti-fraud measures
Monitor and allocate Sagepay and Paypal receipts
review and seek to improve the company's credit control systems and processes
Daily post opening and distribution
perform ad-hoc administrative work and support the other functions within the business
Key Skills/requirements:
Time management & prioritisation of work during key periods
Able to take decisive action when needed but willing to pass to FD/colleague for second opinion
Maintaining good working relationships with other departments even when conflicts arise
Experienced Credit control
Good communicator and team player
Willing to take responsibility for own role and also get involved in other areas of the business when required.
Must be Highly motivated and able to work without direction and targets
Good communication skills
Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels both within and outside of the organisation
High level of personal integrity
Ability to work both in a team and individually
Attention to detail.
