- You have experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

**About Your Team**

The business analyst role works closely with product management, product quality, development, and projects teams.

You will be working directly with several stakeholders across the business in a collaborative and supportive environment. We succeed when you succeed, and we will help and encourage you to grow, learn new skills, and take on more responsibility. We encourageyou to think critically and challenge how things are done.

**Your Daily Role**

You will be working cross-functionally with various stakeholders to identify and define product changes.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Work with product managers gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
- Write-up changes as detailed requirement specification documents.
- Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.
- Work closely with the product quality team, testing requirements and ensuring specifications have been correctly interpreted.
- Participate in daily team meetings to manage team goals and workloads.
- Assist building demos and presentations.

On day one, you will be enrolled into our product training program, we take training you seriously. This is a six-week course where you will learn about our product, our customers, and their processes.
