This role is a very fast paced, challenging position within our team. You will be responsible for establishing and growing a successful desk, and will have one of the largest geographical areas in Scotland in order to do so. You will target and secure new businessopportunities to increase the success of the branch, in turn giving you the opportunity to maximise your earning potential with a competitive commission structure.
You'll be determined to succeed and we WILL help you
**You will be a self-starter that can identify and seize business opportunities. As travel will be required it is essential that applicants possess a valid UK driving licence.**
**You'll be responsible for**:

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets e.g. weekly calls, visits, placements
- Identifying target clients within geographical area
- Securing new business opportunities
- Negotiating terms of business
- Managing the full recruitment process from securing the business to delivering staff.
- Meeting with clients to discuss currrent and upcoming business opportunities
- Meeting with current clients to discuss current service levels
- Actively looking for opportunities to up sell and cross sell across new and existing client base
- Actively find prospective client leads to use as part of your business development strategy

**Skills/Experience Require**:

- Previous experience in Sales/Business Development environment
- Previous experience within a recruitment environment (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to work toward targets and deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible in approach
- Resilience
- Valid UK driving licence
