HR and Operations Coordinator

**What You Will Do**
This role will see you take on varied responsibilities encompassing the important HR and operational aspects of the company. This will include:
- HR duties including managing annual leave approvals, coordinating onboarding and training
- Coordinating recruitment processes
- Employee engagement initiat6ives
- Internal communications and stakeholder management
- Coordinating marketing activities on behalf of the team
- Assisting with the organisation of events and conferences (internal and external)
- Acting as the point of contact for external suppliers and providers
- Ad-hoc projects
**What We Are Looking For**
- 3 years plus working in a similar role for a fast-paced professional environment
- Tech savvy and skilled using he Microsoft Office suite as well as experience with CRMs
- A team player who can manage a varied workload
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
