An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Legal Team at our Head Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

These responsibilities will include:

- **Assisting with all Lease Extensions, Enfranchisement and RTM (Right to Manage)**:

- **Assisting with any complex enquiries raised by the Solicitors Enquires Department on lease assignments, deed of covenants, notice of transfer and consents**:

- **Provide advice, support and guidance to Property Managers**

Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience.
