**Position**: Recruitment Consultant

**Salary**:£24,000 - £35,000, (depending on experience.)

**OTE Bonus**: £6000 a year minimum.

**Standard Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
- flexibility offered to support work/life balance.

**Location**:Leicester, LE19 1SX

**The Company**:
Optima UK are a Leicester based, independently owned Recruitment business which spans a wide range of sectors and roles within Manufacturing, Engineering, and the Professional Services industries.

**The Role**:
We are now actively interviewing for Recruitment Consultants to join us and will consider all levels of experience and sectors, whether a trainee looking for the chance to get into the industry or a seasoned, proven Recruiter.
- We are seeking Recruitment Consultants for either of our growing Manufacturing, Professional Services or Engineering teams at Optima UK.
- An opportunity to join existing teams on warm, well established, and busy desks.
- Full training provided regardless of experience, with clear development to higher earning.
- Consistent, onsite management support to assist with any questions and ongoing training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying businesses that are recruiting to generate new vacancies.
- Managing the recruitment process from interview, offer stage and beyond to maintain strong relationships.
- Social Media and marketing.

You will be a self-driven, outgoing individual, with a keen interest to develop your career within Recruitment, as well as:

- Personable, Energetic, and Professional in nature.
- Willing to go the extra mile and highly customer focused.
- Driven to work towards goals and targets.
- Confident in your communication skills over the telephone and face to face.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
