**Spitfire Staffing** is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well established and successful clients in Lymington.

**The Role**:

- Loading stock onto the production line, the achieve set tasks within and agree time and effectively communicating progress to others.
- Loading stock on to the extruder line
- Operation of light machinery in a safe manner
- Accurate recording of material waste
- Recording of personal daily activity information
- Participating in company wide and specific continuous improvement activities
- Reporting stock/machine defects, or perceived defects to the Production Team Leader
- Assisting colleagues/departments or undertaking other duties as requested by the Production Team Leader.
- Manual handling on a daily basis

**Details**:

- £11.37 per hour whilst training, raising to £11.83 once signed off and on the night shift.
- Mon-Thurs 22:00-06:00 Fri 17:00-22:00
- Training will be done on days for 6 weeks:

- Week 1 Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:00 Fri 06:00-11:00
- Week 2 Mon-Thurs 14:00-22:00 Fri 11:00-16:00

**Requirements**:

- Numerate and literate
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to be trained.
- Operate as part of a manufacturing team.
- Manufacturing / Industrial experience an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.37-£11.83 per hour
