The Together Sales Academy is designed to help you gain a holistic understanding of our business and provide you with an exceptional grounding in sales and property finance.
You will have the opportunity to learn across a diverse team that is innovative and dynamic. You'll be handed responsibility from the outset, engaging with a variety of commercial customers. You will be given excellent training and support, exposure to thebest role models and all the tools and techniques to help you forge a great career.

We are happy to take individuals from different backgrounds and provide the training and support you need to flourish in your new role. You might be a recent graduate or someone looking to change direction or someone wanting to break into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with existing and new customers, contacting them through the entire customer journey;
- Make outbound calls to existing and new customers;
- Take inbound calls and assess enquiries leading to future business;
- Manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates and cases fund within desired timeframes;
- Work closely with other business areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**
What we are looking for:
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis;
- The hunger, drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;
- An outgoing personality and a pro-active approach;
- A background in a customer service / facing role;
- A problem solving approach and a keen desire to lean new tools and technologies;
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills, consistently diligent with demonstrative high levels of attention to detail
- You will often present your ideas to management so excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with a range of customers and stakeholders is vital.
Please note that this role will be office based, on a rota - standard hours 9am - 17:30, with one day a week working 10am - 18:30
