Domestic Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities: This job involves practical domestic duties and supervising the work of other Domestic Assistants. To ensure a well-motivated team who produce a clean, hygienic, safe and pleasant environment. To manage the supervision and appraisal of Domestic Assistants

To ensure that the team of Domestic Assistants carry out all work as required in a timely manner. Organising and allocating tasks to ensure individuals are clear about their tasks and have the necessary materials and training to do them.

To ensure all materials are used in accordance with the company’s health and safety procedures and data sheets.

To maintain accurate records of all cleaning schedules.

To ensure adequate level of stocks, this includes, ordering and distributing cleaning materials, reporting any discrepancies in stock levels and liaising with the company where appropriate.

To ensure all equipment and materials are used in a safe way and stored in the correct place after use.

To ensure there is good communication amongst work colleagues, checking communication books, notice boards, diaries etc.

To carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities.

**Job Types**: 30 hours, Permanent

Overtime incentive: Weekdays: Time and a third
Weekends: Time and a half
