Office Finance Apprentice

We have an excellent new role at ATR Building Services who are looking to take on an Office Finance Apprentice to join their busy team. In this role, you will be answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries and supporting with other admin duties.
**Duties**:
- Taking phone calls - i.e. messages, general inquiries, booking appointments for surveyors, speaking with homeowners & clients, speaking with trades/sub-contractors.
- Duties will also include booking accommodation, updating spreadsheets, and use of Microsoft packages
- Manual filing and electronic filing, ensuring all documents are filed within correct folders with correct members of staff, storing of sensitive information, shredding of old documents.
- Invoicing, use of quick books to send information to accountants
**What we’re looking for**:
- Attitude is key and if you are willing to learn the role can develop.
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel is a must.
- We are also looking for someone trustworthy, good with timekeeping, comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, with good spelling and grammar.
- All client-based systems are to be taught in-house
We are not only looking for someone interested in learning all aspects of business administration, we are looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers and has a polite and calm telephone manner.
