**Vehicle Rental Administrator**
**Job Purpose**
Responsible for the complete and accurate management of the Rental Fleet. Admin responsibility for all compliance matters and overall responsibility for vehicle and equipment breakdowns/repairs
**Job Scope**
Reporting directly to the Head of Rental ensuring smooth administration and processing of information relating to the rental fleet in the areas of Legal/compliant events on all vehicles.
Control of all costs relating to scheduling and compliance is also applicable to the role. Ensuring that the rental fleet is managed in line with both the company's operational guidelines along with all legal requirements.
Delivering class leading customer service, control all costs, conduct regular quality audits with customer and supplier paperwork, and at all times to lead by example. To encourage best practice with customer base working within the wider business and to build effective relationships within peer group and other key stakeholders.
**Skills Required**:
Commercially astute with strong inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively and confidently wit all levels of staff. Organised yet dynamic with an aptitude to complete tasks on a right first-time basis. A natural communicator with excellent time-management skills and the ability to liaise with both customer and suppliers simultaneously.
**Experience**
A track record of delivering consistently high performance working with and through a small operational team. Experience of working within an intense and fast moving environment. Ability to work under pressure and be committed to meeting deadlines with the capability to manage multiple requirements and demands effectively and efficiently. Proven ability to deliver results at pace.
**Qualifications**
Previous rental experience desirable.
**Additional Skills**
Self-motivated and organised with excellent time management skills, a change agent who responds and adapts well to changing priorities. Ensures a 'world class' service is effectively delivered helping to drive the business forward.
**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
