- Understanding the market & client needs to develop a client centric sales strategy to deliver new sales and grow revenue.
- Accountable for delivery of revenue & scorecard targets for all key acquirers in the UK&I market
- Lead a team, embedding a high performing & client centric culture.
- Lead relationships with cross-functional teams to develop cross functional client & product plans to ensure delivery of team plans, revenue growth and market strategy.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership and client engagement strategies including bringing client & market insight to support new initiatives.
- Develop client relationships with senior executives (up to C Suite) to identify and deliver new solutions to deliver business growth.
- Lead contract negotiations.
- Lead on MS&A UK&I Performance planning/reporting
- Represent MS&A UK&I for Pricing and Interchange (strategy and changes)
- Managing any other ad hoc commercialisation issues
- Manage Risk & Regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the UK and Ireland Market Plans & Strategy as a key member of the MS&A team.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
- Experience of managing a client facing sales team with proven ability to drive new business growth.
- Experience of the payments business and, or transactional banking financial services
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to consult with and influence key stakeholders up to C Suite Executive level.
- Ability to develop and deliver a client engagement strategy to deepen the relationship with clients and to drive growth and revenue.
- Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills.
