**About the role and our team**

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Electoral Commission Coordinator to join our team within Crown and External Relations.

In this role you will coordinate meetings, produce minutes and reports and perform other administrative and secretarial tasks under the direction of the Chair of the Electoral Commission.

This role offers you the opportunity to work flexibly to support the Electoral Commission's review of boundaries and constituencies, as well as other matters relating to elections as required by a resolution of Tynwald. You will act as a first point of contact for communication with the Electoral Commission and may be required to schedule public and private meetings at the request of the Chair.

Through this role you will gain unique knowledge of the structure of boundaries and constituencies and the delivery of elections to the House of Keys. You’ll gain experience of working with senior political figures and liaising with numerous other key stakeholders, gaining knowledge and a network of contacts across numerous government departments and community organisations.
