- Building a lean, ego-less & hardworking IT Support team.
- Management of current 3rd party IT Support vendor relationship.
- Overseeing a successful round of tenders from potential new MSP's, ensuring all business support future requirements are met including potential growth.
- Assessment of current Hardware & Software packages being used.
- Providing business cases for new hardware/software strategies.
- Management of the Technology P&L business wide.
- Completing successful standardisation project of technology across the business.
- Lead office moves utilising MSP's to ensure smooth transfer of all work stations, hardware, networks & servers.
- Successfully deliver various M365 migration projects, including current SharePoint & MailManager implementations.
- Being the Technology spokesperson across the business, liaising with MSP's ensuring the correct standard of customer service is being delivered internally.
- Initial ownership of a number of 3rd line Support/Infrastructure issues.
- Creating & maintaining relationships with other areas of our technology department.
- Developing and monitoring IT policies & controls, ensuring Security, Legal & Regulatory compliance.
- Supporting the business through growth from a technology perspective, being the 1st port of call for Hardware & Software issues when on-site, performing occasional floor walks.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Substantial experience in Senior IT Infrastructure positions, leading & growing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to report to the board of directors and deal with high profile external parties.
- Business Analysis capabilities, assessing efficiency of current tech versus other similar products.
- Ability to form business cases on technology & present them back to the business at a high level.
- In-depth understanding of current & future technology products & their business uses.
- Budgeting for growing businesses.
