We are working with a leading company based in Reading that have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and proactive Finance Director to lead the financial management of the firm.

This is a senior role that will report directly to the CEO.

Applicant & role requirements:

- Must hold CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualifications
- Solid leadership experience with a proven track record
- Able to forge strong business and stakeholder relationships
- Commercially astute with strong business acumen
- Ability to motivate a team to provide a quality focused financial management service
- Capable of being able to influence others and negotiating change
- Add significant value to the company business plan and strategy
- Guiding the senior leadership team through key financial decisions
- Liaising with auditors in relation to year end accounts
- To be responsible for monitoring cash flow and treasury management
- Managing the firm’s liquidity and mitigating any operational, financial and reputational risk
- To control, oversee and review budgets for each part of the business

The package for this role is negotiable on experience but we envisage the basic salary will be circa £100,000 + bonus and a host of very lucrative benefits.
