We are currently recruiting for a care coordinator in the Bolton area. The purpose of the role is to coordinate the delivery of a safe and well planned domiciliary care service that is service user focused.

**Skills required**

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
? PC literate with the ability to adapt to in house systems
? Ability to work as part of a team
? Good organisational skills

**Experience required**

? Experience of working in the domiciliary care sector with a good
understanding of how the sector works
? First hand experience of delivering personal care
? Previous experiencing of coordinating a domiciliary care service
? Previous experience of supervising a team

? NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Care (or willingness to work towards)
? A1 Assessors Award

**Requirements of the role**

? Flexible approach to working hours (with ability to work hours to needs of the business)
? A good team ethic
? Ability to work on own initiative
? Commitment to the goals of the department and Organisation as a whole
? Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
