Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for management review
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and conferences
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Salary**: £19,010.46-£27,657.35 per year
