We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Advisor to join a reputable organisation. The business is a well-known independently licenced brokerage.

Key responsibilities of the advisor:

- Responsible for the effective client service within the Personal Lines team including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service
- Provision of high-quality client services and supporting administration
- Resolve complaints effective as per the company complaints procedure manuals
- Identify cross selling opportunities
- Make effective day to day decisions and support other team members
- Build working relationship with work colleagues across the business to provide extended client services

We are looking for:

- Strong influencing and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exemplary focus on client service delivery
- Ability to use your own initiative and be proactive
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic management structure

You will be working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
