**About Just Helpers Ltd**

We are a small but rapidly growing cleaning agency who introduces clients to cleaners across the whole of London. We currently represent an operational team of 33 Field Service colleagues, known as ‘Helpers’, 7 Office staff and 1 marketing consultant. We care deeply for everyone who is a part of the Just Helpers family.

**Job Requirements**

2. Carrying out virtual and on site quality control inspections

3. Providing advice and support to our field colleagues

4. Assisting the Sales and Operation teams in matching Helpers with clients and producing the necessary paperwork with the support of an Enquiries assistant, ensuring a turnaround of 4 days

5. To ensure that our database is kept up to date with Helper details.

6. Assisting the Helpers with their scheduling and supporting them in having a balanced workload

7. Generating KPIs on a weekly basis and reporting them to the COO

8. To contribute ideas towards the development of our new scheduling platform and app

9. Work Monday to Friday. Set shift patterns to be agreed at interview

10. Operational support for annual leave and sick cover which could involve the occasional Saturday by agreement

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £14,375.00-£15,625.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
