Vehicle Auction Porter

**Job purpose**

Carry out full range of porter duties at our vehicle pound.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety and Environment policies are observed at all times
- Receive vehicles into the compound, prepare the car for auction, photograph the vehicle for sale.
- Assist customers when viewing and when vehicle collections take place.
- Comply with all employment policies specifically Data Protection

**Qualifications**

No specific qualifications are required however a counterbalance forklift licence is preferable as is a full driving license as there may be some driving duties necessary.

Good attention to detail, computer skills and complete confidentiality are also required.

**Working conditions**

The role is based primarily outside in the Compound. The wearing of personal protective equipment at all time will be necessary

**Physical requirements**

The vehicle pound team are working in an outdoor environment requiring a high level of physical fitness.
