A Reward, Benefits & Data Manager is required by our client based in Hucknall, Nottingham. The Reward, Benefits & Data Manager will report to the HR Operations Director, they will be responsible for the provision of data and insight to the People & Cultureteam and business, to inform decisions and underpin the overall people strategy. They'll also actively manage the UK & Australia Reward and Benefits agenda, delivering a reward strategy that drives the high performance and behaviours required to achieve thegoals of the business. This ranges from modelling salary and bonus options and making recommendations to the sourcing and management of benefit providers.

The successful individual will be strategic and analytical. They will have the commercial acuity to create a reward plan that adds true value to the business. They will have experience of compensation, reward/pay structures, total reward, job families, benchmarking,executive compensation, and annual pay reviews and be adept at driving change.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all remuneration activities including the salary review and promotion annual and mid-year processes
- Provide accurate data analysis and cost modelling to recommend a strategy for the implementation of salary reviews which reflects market factors, aligns reward with performance and addresses any potential equal pay issues
- Market intelligence: Participates in salary market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits and uses this data to inform pay scales, as well as coordinate benchmarking activities, analyse data and advise the business to ensure that the rewardoffering is competitive
- Produce data and scales in association with the findings of the market data
- Oversee the existing bonus scheme, including the calculation for annual performance bonus awards, and support with the development of new bonus / commission frameworks as required
- Analyse and present salary and bonus data to the Internal Remuneration Committee
- Lead on reward activities such as Gender Pay Gap reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and ensure compliance with reward related issues such as National Minimum and Living Wage
- Research and define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that is aligned to our company’s strategy, culture, and business goals
- Produce reports (monthly, annual, or statutory) to support the wider business, including CEO reports, headcount, salary benchmarking and performance metrics.
- Develop, and maintain HR dashboards
- Work with IS to develop reports and promote the effective use of the reporting platforms (Tableau / Power BI) within the HR team to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

- Substantial experience in compensations and benefits
- Experience of reward in a FTSE organisation, supporting with reward for the exec.
- Experience of reward change projects
- Highly numerate and confident with spreadsheets, reporting and databases.
- Commercial acuity - ability to develop and execute a people plan to add value to the business
- Experience of operating across different jurisdictions and understanding cultural sensitivities
