We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter or Kitchen and Bar Assistant to join our new opening in Margate this April.

Working closely with the Head Chef and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware, and support the team in the preparation of menu items where possible.

You will assist the kitchen team by washing up any kitchen equipment and providing them with clean crockery and cutlery for service. You will also wash any glassware for the bar, and return these polished and ready for use.

Alongside the washing up, the kitchen and bar can train you in the preparation of basic recipes and garnishes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- An interest in developing some cooking skills
- A friendly and engaging personality
