X1 are looking for a fast paced, professional, ambitious and passionate person to join our friendly and successful team as a Lettings Assistant responsible for Enquiries & Viewings in our Liverpool Branch.

**Your role**
At X1, we ensure that every customer journey is the best that it can be. Customer service and tenant satisfaction is key and by being a part of the X1 team, you will contribute to this - first and last impressions are everything. You will be the face of X1and will be expected to be friendly, well-presented, helpful and professional at all times.
**Your primary tasks will be:**:

- Creating property adverts
- Responding to enquiries
- Booking in viewings
- Conducting viewings
- Telephone answering
- Web chat
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Department**: Lettings
**Salary**: £18,525 plus monthly commission
**Location**: Liverpool City Centre
**Contract type**: Permanent
**Hours**: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
