**The Role**

As a Destination Retirement Paraplanner and Technical Support within HUB Financial Solutions (part of The Just Group plc.) you will be responsible for covering two areas within the business:

- Paraplanner - take responsibility for preparing and maintaining detailed customer files and records.
- Technical Support - provide operational technical support to the Destination Retirement service, dealing with both customer and staff requests.

This will be done through accurately analysing, interpreting and recording technical information that is received from product providers to ensure that the advice function can support customers appropriately. You will be expected to work in collaborationwith other teams to develop plans and experiments to test how propositions can be enhanced to improve customer outcomes and help HUB to achieve its strategic and financial goals.

**You will**
- Be working with proprietary advice software
- Manage a workflow of tasks within CRM
- Interpret & Record LOA information, obtaining clarification where needed
- Quality checking reports/recommendations
- Provide technical support to the Destination Retirement Coordinators - To support upskilling and knowledge transfer via roleplays and create and manage team FAQ documents and technical descriptions

**You are**
- Essential: Qualified in RO1 and RO4
- Up to date with legislative changes.
- Willing to gain more qualifications within your time at HUB.
- Have a keen eye for detail when quality checking reports and picking up errors.
- Desirable: Diploma Level 4 qualified
- Desirable: Educated to degree level or equivalent Financial Services qualification.
