**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals living in our supported living accommodations across England, UK. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our service users with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide practical support and assistance with daily living activities,
- Foster meaningful relationships with service users based on respect, trust, and empathy, while promoting their dignity and rights.
- Support individuals to engage in social, recreational, and community activities, encouraging participation and promoting independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies, to ensure holistic and person-centered care plans are developed and implemented.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records/documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to risk management, safeguarding, and promoting the health and safety of service users and colleagues.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar support worker or care assistant role within a supported living, residential care, or community care setting is desirable.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with individuals with diverse needs.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals, with a commitment to promoting their independence, choice, and well-being.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users.
