Senior Baker

This opportunity as an Artisan Baker is to join a passionate, food loving team, whose number 1 aim is to provide delicious pastries, sourdoughs, speciality bread and other baked goods. The team currently consists of 7 bakers and the owner, Ori Hellerstein, plus our front-of-house team. You'll not only join a fun team but other benefits include free meals, snacks, coffee, socials and more

**The Role**:
In this role you will take responsibility for
- 40-45 hours a week over 5 days, 8 hours shifts, early shift 5:00am-13:00pm / late shift 4:00pm-12:00am
- producing artisan bread pastries and other baked goods, on a shift basis, for sale at our

coffee shops and market stall.
- ensuring stock is checked and reported on, orders are made.
- keeping a clean and tidy workspace and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next bake.
- supervising the junior bakers.
- You will report into the Head Baker.
- up to £15 per hour depend on experience.

**You**:
You will have previous artisan bakery experience, having worked with bread doughs and pastries throughout your career.

You will be a food lover, passionate and knowledgeable about food.

You will have a hardworking attitude.

You will be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
