**Marketing Executive - HubSpot**

Since 2008 Pittville Bathrooms has been providing luxury bathrooms to the Cotswolds and beyond. Building on its brand and reputation, it expanded and launched other businesses; Pittville and NEU Kitchens, Hydropool Gloucestshire and continues to grow today with its most recent launch of Take Wellness in South Wales.

The business is now looking for an experienced **HubSpot Marketing Executive** who can implement and drive commercial results. In this role you will be a key player in implementing and developing our marketing efficient and success thought HubSpot.

**What you’ll do**:

- Use your HubSpot experience to implement and develop marketing process across each of the brands.
- Monitor campaign performance, analysing results and responding accordingly.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement data-driven enhancements to campaigns.
- Create brand-aligned content for use across several platforms to support organic traffic growth using SEO best practices (assisting with SEO tasks such as meta date and keyword research).
- Produce imaginative and compelling social media content for all our brands.
- Work closely with sales staff to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment between marketing and sales.
- Create engaging content that guides our customers with the ability to effortlessly switch your writing style to suit our different audiences.

**We would like you to have**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the role of marketing automation in lead generation and customer engagement.
- Problem solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot.
- Great communications skills - you should be able to articulate an idea, message, or post with clarity, conciseness, and some fun
- Strong proficiency in producing digital content (social, website, newsletter content).
- Good knowledge of how to prepare visual content in multiple formats.
- Learning mindset - if something’s gone wrong or an answer’s not immediately available you’ll be determined to resolve it or find an answer.
- Ability to work independently with proficient time management skills.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
