Sales Executive

NO DIRECT EXPERIENCE NEEDED

In this Sales Executive position, you will be responsible for:

- Building relationships with new clients, upselling/cross selling and affectively building your portfolio within the Specification/Architects market.
- Maintain relationships with customer. Show excellent customer service skills, be personable and help grow their business
- You will be confident drumming up new business (warm leads) and presenting to clients when they come into the show room.
- You will be targeted with hitting sales and retention targets on a monthly basis so will need to be hard working and resilient
- Work closely with the customer service team to guarantee 100% client satisfaction
- Based within a commutable distance of Gravesend, Kent

Sales Executive pre requisites:

- It would be extremely beneficial if you have direct experience in solution selling. You will be an Account Manager but have that hunter instinct and not rest on your laurels.
- It is an office based role, so it is beneficial if you live within a commutable distance to Gravesend, Kent.
- Self-motivation is key to success, they are looking for a disciplined, outgoing, customer lead individual who thrives for success
- The Sales Executive will be a Team Player that thrives on success for themselves and others around them.
- Experience working with Microsoft suite and confident with I.T
- You must be organised, punctual to manage your day to day tasks to a high standard

The Package

A fantastic package is on offer for the right Sales Executive, basic £25,000-£30,000 with a rewarding commission structure of an uncapped OTE, on target earnings will be more than £50,000.
